Morocco4U – Concierge & Premium Services

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the terms under which Morocco4U offers its concierge services, reservations, and organization of experiences in Morocco.

Any booking or use of the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. Services Offered

Morocco4U offers, among others:

  • Personalized concierge services
  • Transfer and transport reservations
  • Organization of tourist experiences
  • Accommodation and activity bookings
  • Tailor-made premium services

Services may be provided directly or through selected partners.

3. Booking

Any booking request becomes firm after confirmation by Morocco4U and receipt of payment or requested deposit.

Morocco4U reserves the right to refuse a booking in case of insufficient availability or incomplete information.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are indicated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) or in Euros, as applicable.

  • A deposit may be required at the time of booking
  • The balance must be paid before the service
  • Any bank fees are the responsibility of the client

Morocco4U reserves the right to modify its rates at any time without affecting confirmed bookings.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Client

  • More than 72 hours before the service: refund possible depending on the service
  • Less than 72 hours: fees may apply
  • No-show: no refund

Cancellation by Morocco4U

In case of force majeure or exceptional unavailability:

  • An alternative solution will be proposed
  • Or a refund will be issued

6. Liability

Morocco4U acts as an intermediary for certain services provided by partners.

Morocco4U’s liability cannot be held in case of:

  • Delays beyond its control
  • Force majeure
  • Client’s fault
  • Failure of an external service provider

7. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Respect Moroccan laws
  • Behave respectfully
  • Adhere to agreed schedules

Any inappropriate behavior may result in the cancellation of the service without refund.

8. Personal Data

Morocco4U collects certain data necessary for processing bookings.

  • Used only for the service
  • Stored securely
  • Not sold to third parties

Clients may request access, modification, or deletion of their data.

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Morocco4U website (texts, images, logo, design) are protected by intellectual property rights.

Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law.

In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred before any legal action.
